We provide quality powder coating and wet coating of supplied parts. We paint both large parts and small components quickly and in high quality for you.
Painting is the final stage of metal surface treatment. In our modern paint shop, we provide powder and wet coating on delivered components.
A small component or a car body? We can paint both in top quality at CENTES. Thanks to our machinery, we can paint both large components up to a size of 3000˟2000˟1700 mm and a weight of 1.5 tonnes and small dimensions, quickly and flawlessly. We use high-quality epoxy (EP), polyester epoxy (PEP) and polyester (PES) paints for painting. You can choose any colour shade and surface texture.
Paints are suitable for indoor use as well as for outdoor conditions (facade quality). To make the surface of the painted parts as smooth as possible, we spray the delivered parts in both spray boxes under overpressure. The resulting paint quality depends a lot on the component’s purity. Therefore, we also perform pre-surface treatment before applying paint. It consists in degreasing and applying iron phosphate and sandblasting for larger pieces.
We care a lot about painting. That is why MOTOR JIKOV Strojírenská a.s. relies on us. However, we will paint your components in the same quality.

Phosphate coating (otherwise also Parkerising or Bonderising) is a chemical surface treatment of a metal component. Together with degreasing, it serves to improve the adhesion for the next coating.
Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.
Cutting means machining of a metal workpiece using a machine tool. Metal chips are formed during cutting.
Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.

We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer these services for our customers so that they have no need to go elsewhere in terms of electrical equipment production and assembly.
We can produce special cutting tools for sheet metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. All we need is drawings.
