Powder and wet coating

We provide quality powder coating and wet coating of supplied parts. We paint both large parts and small components quickly and in high quality for you.

We are specialists in powder and wet coating

Powder coating is a modern technology of surface treatment of metallic and non-metallic materials. We perform painting in a modern powder coating plant. We use epoxy (EP), polyester epoxy (PEP) and polyester (PES) paints for spraying powder paints. Powder paints can be applied either electrostatically or electrokinetically. Electrostatic painting is best suited for flat or slightly curved parts and surfaces. We apply the paint in the application booth’s super-clean environment using a Mal-Kam electrostatic application gun. We use electrokinetic paint application for countersunk parts. We provide that in four Kovofiniš spray boxes. After applying the powder paint, components are cured in an oven at temperatures from 140 to 200 °C.

The second type is wet coating. This is done in two manual spray boxes with a water curtain. The wet paint shop includes a drying and firing oven measuring 1100x1700x1100 mm (length x height x width). To make the surface of painted parts are as smooth as possible, wet painting under overpressure takes place. You can choose any colour shade and surface texture. However, we will not achieve a flawless surface without proper pre-surface treatment. For the highest quality of our products, we degrease them before painting with a carousel degreasing machine and treat them with iron phosphate. Thanks to this, we can paint both large production batches and piece orders up to the size of 3000⨯2000⨯1700 mm and a weight of 1.5 tonnes quickly and accurately.

Our services

Technical preparation of production

Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.

Metal cutting

Cutting means machining of a metal workpiece using a machine tool. Metal chips are formed during cutting.

Chipless technologies

Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.

Painting

Painting is the final stage of metal surface treatment. In our modern paint shop, we provide powder and wet coating on delivered components.

Electrical equipment production and assembly

We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer these services for our customers so that they have no need to go elsewhere in terms of electrical equipment production and assembly.

Cutting tools and assembly jigs production

We can produce special cutting tools for sheet metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. All we need is drawings.
