Metal bending
Thanks to our top equipment, we can bend various sheet metal components with high-quality. We perform bending on a modern hydraulic press at CENTES.
Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.
Chipless machining technologies are more efficient and visually cleaner than conventional or CNC machining. Thanks to them, we can process difficult-to-machine materials. In terms of finishing work, for example, we perform smoothing, rolling, blasting and vibration strengthening. From unconventional chipless machining methods, we provide electrical discharge machining, laser machining, electrochemical machining, chemical machining, as well as ultrasonic machining or, for example, machining using an abrasive stream.
We also offer chipless material cutting by machining (e.g., abrasive cutting and friction cutting), cutting by unconventional machining methods (e.g., electrical discharge cutting, laser beam or plasma cutting), cutting using thermal methods (e.g., using oxygen), material cutting using cold forming (e.g., shearing) or cutting with cutting disks. Our customers most often request bending, welding, sandblasting, and stamping.
Chipless technologies are particularly important production processes at CENTES.
In relation to chipless technologies, we mainly specialise in:

Another way of working with metals is to weld them. The essence of welding is to create a firm connection between two different metal components.
We offer stamping metal parts made from steel, brass, bronze, copper, and aluminium. We usually press parts for the electrical engineering, automotive and other consumer industries.
EDM is a special machining technology whereby the workpiece is not machined by a machine tool, but by small electric discharges.
Dry sandblasting, wet blasting and finishing are finishing processes consisting in surface treatment of a metal semi-finished product using abrasive particles.
Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.
Cutting means machining of a metal workpiece using a machine tool. Metal chips are formed during cutting.
Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.
Painting is the final stage of metal surface treatment. In our modern paint shop, we provide powder and wet coating on delivered components.
We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer these services for our customers so that they have no need to go elsewhere in terms of electrical equipment production and assembly.
We can produce special cutting tools for sheet metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. All we need is drawings.
