Technical preparation of production
Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.
Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.
The quality of our products is determined by two factors – quality production and careful planning. The technical preparation of production is not only provided by experienced technologists, but also by the most modern CAD/CAM and IS Karat systems. Usually, the first step in technical preparation of production is the creation of a price quotation. A construction model is designed in the next phase. Drawings are then created in a sophisticated CAD/CAM system. This system’s main advantage is its 3D environment, thanks to which we can define, calculate, and verify all machining operations immediately.
CAD Inventor is linked to the Autodesk Inventor design model. Therefore, whenever there is a change in the model, all CAM operations are updated automatically. This speeds-up the entire production preparation process significantly. The Karat ERP information system is an indispensable tool for TPP support at CENTES. The main TPP activities also include creating material and performance standards, the preparation of technological procedures and change control management.
We at CENTES cannot be without careful planning in the production of quality components for your company.
Within TPP, we create:

Cutting means machining of a metal workpiece using a machine tool. Metal chips are formed during cutting.
Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.
Painting is the final stage of metal surface treatment. In our modern paint shop, we provide powder and wet coating on delivered components.
We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer these services for our customers so that they have no need to go elsewhere in terms of electrical equipment production and assembly.
We can produce special cutting tools for sheet metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. All we need is drawings.
