Cutting means machining of a metal workpiece using a machine tool. Metal chips are formed during cutting.
Cutting metal components
Cutting is one of the most important technologies used in mechanical engineering. It is divided into drilling, which is used to create holes, turning, which is used to produce rotating parts, milling, this is used to secure flat surfaces, and grinding, which is used to create a smooth surface. All cutting methods differ in cutting motion. It can be carried out with either a tool or a workpiece, or both simultaneously.
Machining can also be divided according to whether we process the metal workpiece classically (manually) or by machine. In addition to cutting, there are other machining methods, such as EDM, ultrasonic grinding or laser machining. These chipless machining methods are very precise and fine. We provide all cutting methods and chipless machining at CENTES.

Classical (conventional) metal machining and cutting
Traditional metalworking methods include conventional machining and cutting. We have been machining metal parts classically from the very beginning.
Metal grinding
Grinding is one of the methods of machining planar or shaped surfaces. We use planar, shaped, and centreless grinding in production.

Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.
Metal cutting

Chipless technologies
Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.
Painting
Painting is the final stage of metal surface treatment. In our modern paint shop, we provide powder and wet coating on delivered components.
Electrical equipment production and assembly
We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer these services for our customers so that they have no need to go elsewhere in terms of electrical equipment production and assembly.
Cutting tools and assembly jigs production
We can produce special cutting tools for sheet metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. All we need is drawings.
