Technical preparation of production
Technical preparation of production (TPP) means detailed technological procedures and activities preceding the production of the ordered component.
Metal stamping
We offer stamping metal parts made from steel, brass, bronze, copper, and aluminium. We usually press parts for the electrical engineering, automotive and other consumer industries.
Hydraulic and mechanical stamping
Mechanical (eccentric) presses are the best for all common cold pressing operations, i.e., cutting, punching, shearing, bending, straightening, shallow drawing, extrusion, riveting, etc. We perform all cutting and bending operations on eccentric presses LEN 10, LEN 63, and LEN 100, which are suitable, among other things, for stamping from steel strips and bands and non-ferrous metals.
For bending, deep drawing and for cold forming operations, which require a lower forming speed, we use hydraulic press PYE 160 with a C-frame. We have recently expanded our machinery with a high-quality AMADA HFE 100-3 hydraulic press. We perform sheet metal bending on it. We perform tool maintenance and repairs in our own tool works.

Metal cutting
Cutting means machining of a metal workpiece using a machine tool. Metal chips are formed during cutting.
Chipless technologies
Chipless machining methods do not use material removal by mechanical work. Unlike cutting, they produce virtually no chips.
Painting
Painting is the final stage of metal surface treatment. In our modern paint shop, we provide powder and wet coating on delivered components.
Electrical equipment production and assembly
We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer these services for our customers so that they have no need to go elsewhere in terms of electrical equipment production and assembly.
Cutting tools and assembly jigs production
We can produce special cutting tools for sheet metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. All we need is drawings.
